Help Families In Need with Moving Assistance Through Mahube Otwa

Mahube-Otwa provides services for low income and elderly persons living in Mahnomen, Hubbard, Becker, Otter Tail and Wadena counties. For 50 years, Mahube has worked to fight poverty and be an advocate for low income and elderly people -- promoting self-sufficiency, family stability and community revitalization. Mahube-Otwa continues to look forward to a bright and positive future providing "Community Action" and empowering people to achieve self sufficiency.
Need
Many unhoused or low-income families need assistance with moving their belongings into safe housing. This could include driving a vehicle/trailer and/or loading and unloading belongings.
More Details
Opportunities come up monthly or bi-monthly. There is no cost to participate. If you have a truck and/or trailer, these are especially helpful.
