Partner Description

PATH’s goal is to end homelessness for individuals, families, and communities through a combination of services across the state of California. Currently, PATH operates two homeless shelters in Orange County: The Yale Navigation Center (Santa Ana) and the Placentia Navigation Center (Placentia).
Need
This holiday season, PATH will continue to serve thousands of individuals, families, and communities and work to ensure they can enjoy a special holiday season.
More Details
Provide 1 or more fleece blankets in any size from Twin to King.
