City Net deploys case management staff into the streets of our communities and local emergency shelters to serve our homeless neighbors in their journey to secure housing and other services. Staff, often in tandem with law enforcement, visit public areas like flood control channels, parks, and business where encampments are set up.

Assemble kits to provide to homeless neighbors in our community by City Net as they do outreach and offer services to those facing street-level homelessness.
