PATH’s goal is to end homelessness for individuals, families, and communities through a combination of services across the state of California. Currently, PATH operates two homeless shelters in Orange County: The Yale Navigation Center (Santa Ana) and the Placentia Navigation Center (Placentia).
Need
Help support Bridges at Kraemer Place homeless shelter during the holiday season! Volunteers who are interested in helping unhoused neighbors can assist with holiday events at Bridges at Kraemer Place.

Responsibilities may include setting up decorations, supporting the kitchen with prep and serving, and additional tasks as needed.
